This program is specialist training that turns motivated students into effective HR managers capable of working internationally in a field that has been becoming increasingly complex over the last decade.
This MSc will train students to have the strategic, organizational, practical and personal skills needed to become successful HR managers.
Graduates will be able to interface with all the other main functions: marketing / communication, finance, IT, knowledge management. Successful HR managers must be able to interface across these functions to meet their organizations’ strategic aims
Graduates of the program are able to enhance organizational performance and can satisfy company strategy while taking employees’ needs into account.
The program presents theory and backs that up with its practical application. Practical applications may take the form of: meetings with trade unions; developing a company’s training plan; in-company audits on absenteeism / employee turnover / social discrimination… Case studies will also be used extensively.

Program Director
Florian Sala is a Doctor of Experimental Psychology as well as a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist. SKEMA professor of Management and Human Resources Management and former Dean (2001-2003), he is program director of the MSc in Human Resources Management.
