
Program Director

Dr Valéry Merminod is program director of the Information Systems Management MSc at SKEMA Business School. He has a PhD in Management and is a graduate of Essec business school, Telecom Paris engineering school and Dauphine university.
He has worked as a manager for Ernst & Young and as Research & Development Information Systems manager for the SEB group (Moulinex, Tefal, Rowenta, Krups…). As a consultant for Ernst & Young, he has worked for Total, Alstom and Schneider Electric.
His research is focused on information systems contribution in the context of product innovation.

PMI France-Sud and the Club Informatique des Grandes Entreprises Françaises (CIGREF), this program’s purpose is to train highly qualified professionals in Information Systems (consulting, support…).
Thus :
- Courses on “SAP” will be held on the premises of SAP Labs France at Sophia Antipolis : they will provide the application dimension together with an advanced approach to diagnosis techniques in a heterogeneous IT environment ;
- E&Y courses (leader on the French market for Information Systems consulting) will be delivered by the firm’s Senior consultants and partners : they will address Informations Systems Audit and Consulting, but also the legal, tax and security aspects of these systems ;
- Courses in Project Management will be given by the Honorary Chairman of the PMI France Sud Chapter.
Some working knowledge of French is required to do -and be accepted onto- this MSc.
