Vision and Objectives of the Programme

For the past fifty years Project and Programme management has become a well accepted way to manage organizations.

Projects and programmes, as strategic processes, modify the conditions of the firm in its environment. Through them, resources and competencies are mobilized to create competitive advantage and other sources of value. As resources are easily shared by many organizations, the organization's competencies are the most important relevant driver and are at the source of competitive advantage and the creation of value.

The main objective of this MSc programme is to facilitate the dynamic development of participants' managerial and entrepreneurial competencies, allowing them to enlarge their expertise, and to work as managers and leaders in the management of complex projects, and in an international and multicultural environment.

Three main dimensions characterise the competence of a Project & Programme Manager: Knowledge and Skills, Personal characteristics/Features, Experience and capacity to learn, adopt and adapt.
