China campus: Executive MBA for Saint-Gobain Asia Pacific

SKEMA has designed a 19-month Executive MBA programme for Saint-Gobain Asia Pacific. The programme was launched 22 June on SKEMA’s Suzhou campus.

​The SKEMA Saint-Gobain Asia-Pacific MBA programme is aimed at around ten managers of Saint-Gobain branches in China, Vietnam, Korea, Japan, Malaysia and Thailand. The launch took place in the presence of the Saint-Gobain CEO, Pierre-André de Chalendar, and Alice Guilhon, director general of SKEMA.

This Executive MBA takes place over 20 months from April 2018 until January 2020. It contains around 15 modules dealing with leadership, strategic vision, team management, economics, company finance, marketing, design thinking, organisational dynamics, high level negotiations, digital business, multicultural approaches etc. the module Doing Business Globally enables participants to familiarise themselves with SKEMA’s DNA. 

The course ends with a seven-week seminar on SKEMA's campuses at Suzhou, Paris, Belo Horizonte (Brazil) and Raleigh (US). Each participant has to produce a research report in line with Saint-Gobain’s development strategy, and present this orally at the end of the course.
