Crédit Agricole: Asset Management certificate

Published on 25 October 2017

Crédit Agricole is working with SKEMA Business School to train its asset management advisors as part of a certifying programme.

On 7 September, SKEMA Business School organised the certificate award ceremony for Crédit Agricole "Brie Picardie" employees who have completed the Asset Management training course at the Lille campus.

Didier Goy, deputy chief executive officer, Christophe Griffart, director of investment banking, Thierry Rogé, director of private banking and corporate networks 77, Nathalie Sirvent, director of human resources for the Crédit Agricole "Brie Picardie" group, François Xavier Théry, director of corporate relations and executive education and Sophie Botte, academic director of SKEMA Business School as well as several representatives from the bank and the school were present to support and congratulate the students.

The Asset Management certificate is a 14-day course, lasting six months, which aims to professionalise and develop the skills of asset management advisors. The training was based on both know-how and personal skills.

Crédit Agricole "Brie Picardie" chose SKEMA Business school because it has a long history of expertise in this field, enabling it to adjust the content of the courses to the bank's expectations and future challenges. The training of advisors will ultimately make it possible to meet the new requirements of a changing banking model, on the one hand, but also to equip them as best they can to adapt to their future working environment. "Developing the skills of our employees today means strengthening their employability and making them more agile in their environment to resist the temptation to offer only one bank model in the long term: online.”

SKEMA Business School is very pleased with this first collaboration with Crédit Agricole.
