Management of experts in large companies

Come and take part, 21 November at SKEMA's Paris campus, in our morning debate on managing experts in large companies.

The establishment of an "expert" sector is increasingly recognised as a necessity in large companies, particularly because of the new need to innovate and protect know-how.

Today, the mission of experts is no longer simply to use their knowledge to influence decisions favourably. It is also increasingly important to model and explain this knowledge so that it can be used by others.

This meeting organised by the CoP-1 association aims to encourage an exchange of views on this subject with managers of expert sectors in major groups such as: Areva NP, Ariane Group, Engie, Michelin, Schneider Electric, SNCF and Total.

This event is free of charge, and invitation only.
