MSc employment survey results just published

SKEMA’s Careers Centre has just published the results of its latest recruitment survey for MSc students. The results are good!

The Careers Centre found a 93% employment rate for all MSc graduates. The average employment search took two and a half months, and the survey found that two thirds of graduates occupy international positions.

 
44% of students had found work even before graduation. 76% of graduates had found work within four months of graduation. The average job search duration was less than two and a half months.
 
Results were gathered in 2015 from graduates in the 2012-14 classes.
 
Nearly half of graduates (47%) work in and around Paris (Paris/Ile de France), while one third work internationally.
 
Here's the breakdown by MSc:
 
  • MSc Auditing, Management Accounting & Information Systems: 98% net employment rate; main employer(s) quoted: PwC; 46% of graduates work in Paris and surrounding region – 31% work outside of France. 

  • MSc Business Consulting & Information Systems Management: 92% net employment rate; main employer(s) quoted: Accenture, half of grads work outside of France – 25% work in Paris and its region. 

  • MSc Corporate Financial Management: 85% net employment rate; main employer(s) quoted: Accenture, half of grads work outside of France – almost all the others work in the Paris region.

  • MSc Digital Marketing: 95% net employment rate; main employer(s) quoted: various Google; 50% of grads work in the Paris region – 22% work outside of France.

  • MSc Entrepreneurship & Innovation: 100% net employment rate; 44% of grads work outside of France – most of the others work in the Paris region.

  • MSc Financial Markets & Investments: 100​% net employment rate; main employer(s) quoted: BNP Paribas, SocGen; 55% of grads work outside of France – almost all the others work in the Paris region.

  • MSc Global Luxury Management: 89% net employment rate; main employer(s) quoted: various including Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Accenture, Guerlain, Tesla; 59% of grads work outside of France– most of the others work in the Paris region.

  • MSc International Business: 97% net employment rate; main employer(s) quoted: various; 43% of grads work outside of France – 29% of respondents work in the Paris region.

  • MSc International Marketing & Business Development: 100% net employment rate; main employer(s) quoted: various; 43% of grads work outside of France – 29% work in the Paris region.

  • MSc International Human Resources & Performance Management: 100% net employment rate; main employer(s) quoted: various; 57% of grads work in the Paris region; 14% work outside of France.

  • MSc Luxury and Fashion Management: 83% net employment rate; main employer(s) quoted: various including Chanel, EY, Tissot, Michael Kors; 59% of grads work outside of France – most of the others work in the Paris region.

  • MSc Project and Programme Management & Business Development: 96% net employment rate; main employer(s) quoted: various Airbus, Mc2i, GE Healthcare, Accenture; 38% of grads work outside of France – 41%work in the Paris region.

  • MSc Strategic Event Management & To​urism Management: 91% net employment rate; main employer(s) quoted: various; 63% of grads work outside of France – most of the others work in the Paris region.

  • MSc Supply Chain Management & Purchasing: 86% net employment rate; main employer(s) quoted: various; 50% of grads work outside of France – most of the others work in the Paris regin.
