The team accompanied the launch of an online sales activity over nine months using Amazon Marketplace to launch their Arsayo backpacks. They won 6000 euros - half of which will go to a charity of their choice. The team members also win a six-month internship with Amazon.
The four SKEMA students who were in the winning team are: Victoria Ndeyapo Ashipala, Natacha Bouhnick, Graciella Badaire, Héloïse Traisnel.
The Amazon Campus Challenge offers an entrepreneurial experience in the e-business sector and is reserved for students at Masters level. The aim is to accompany a VSE or SME in launching online sales through Amazon Marketplace. From October to June the students collaborate with the company, totally independently from Amazon. The task is to define and set up an efficient and lasting e-business strategy for the company over four months.
After the online sales period, the ten best groups were chosen on objective performance criteria. The first five then presented their work at the Amazon France headquarters on 26 June to a panel of judges made up of e-business experts, including the Amazon.fr country manager.
The Amazon Campus Challenge will be included in the course plan of the MS Marketing Data & e-Commerce, and in the M1 / M2 apprenticeship. At the end of September/beginning of October, the challenge will be presented to all SKEMA campuses via multi-campus video conference.
