New law: foreign graduates can now work in France

Published on 10 November 2016

CGE-accredited degree graduates are now permitted to work in France.

New legislation concerning foreign graduates' rights in France (decree no. 2016-1463 of 28 October 2016) states that foreign students who graduate with a CGE-accredited* MS degree (level I) are authorised to stay in France to take up employment through various residence permits (temporary residence permit (APS),  temporary residence card or "Passport Talent ").

All of SKEMA’s MS programmes are CGE accredited, as is the Master in Management, Grande Ecole programme.

This relaxation of laws concerning foreign graduates who stay on to work in France will make it much easier for non-Europeans to enter the French job market after finishing their studies at SKEMA.
