Bachelor in Management and Engineering Sciences

The Bachelor in Management and Engineering Sciences is taught in English over 4 years (240 ECTS credits).

The course is run in Lille for years 1, 2 and 4. Year three, which is international, enables students to spend a semester on one of SKEMA Business School’s international campuses and a second semester on an international work placement.

• The first year (ITEEM): focuses on acquiring scientific foundations and skills in digital technology and renewable energy, as well as discovering the professional environment, through projects designed to help students get organised and acquainted with each other
• The second year (ITEEM): concentrates on refining previous skills, project management, science, data processing, and adapting to the professional world
• The third year (SKEMA):  which is required to be international, allows students to enhance their skills in data processing and Sustainable Development/Social Responsibility.
• The fourth year (ITEEM): with more advanced specialisation, emphasises tools necessary for the energy transition, culminating in an internship and final dissertation conducted in a company, where all acquired skills are put into practice.  ​

Throughout the four years, courses maintain a balance between scientific aspects and the realities of the professional world, with continuous assessment and practical projects to ensure optimal preparation for professional challenges.​

Located opposite ITEEM, the Gustave Eiffel residence is a CROUS residence with which ITEEM has signed an agreement to provide studio flats.

• Getting around

The Lille metropolitan area benefits from a public transport network including metro, bus and tram services at low fares. V'Lille bicycles are also available on a self-service basis, with or without a season ticket.

If you hold a French baccalaureate and wish to apply for the first year You must register on www.parcoursup.fr between the end of January and mid-March. During the initial phase of the platform, you will be able to select this option. A competition, comprising an eligibility phase and an admission phase, will determine the final ranking of candidates admitted to the programme.

The competition comprises an eligibility phase, with written tests on TestWe on Thursday, April 17, 2025 and an admission phase, including interviews, from May 5 to 15, 2025.

Eligibility phase 

• Examination of academic records
• Written tests. All tests are in MCQ format. They are divided into 2 parts:
  • Written tests in mathematics: Analysing, understanding, and problemsolving - 14:00 - 15:30 (1 hour 30 minutes, in English)
  • Written tests in English communication - 16:15 – 16:45  (30 minutes). TOEFL-type questions.

Examination of your academic results and the results of the written tests constitute the eligibility phase. If you are eligible, you will then take the oral test.

Admission phase

Please note: only candidates selected at the end of the first stage may take part in the second stage.

• Oral tests consist of a 20-minute video interview conducted in English, which includes a five-minute presentation of a personal experience that the candidate is proud of. The following criteria will be assessed

  • Commitment and involvement in extracurricular activities
  • Open-mindedness and curiosity
  • Alignment between the candidate’s training project and the Bachelor’s degree.​

Do you have an International Baccalaureate or equivalent? Admissions will be via a separate competitive entrance examination, with the same type of tests, to ensure that all candidates are treated equally.

The competitive entrance examination consists of an eligibility phase (application file) and an admission phase (interview).

• School reports for the last two years of secondary education (or equivalent)
• Details of the mathematics courses taken by the applicant
• Optional letters of recommendation (max. 2).
   

Admission phase
If the application is deemed admissible, the candidate will be invited to a motivational interview of the same type as for the national route.
