Birth of a mascot: Léon, the SKAMELEON
During the 2019 academic year, SKEMA launched a major mascot-creation competition for all SKEMA students.
Its objective was to have a mascot created by the students, for the students, and for the school in general, capable of representing SKEMA as a whole (multi-campus).
Following the votes of the jury, comprising SKEMA representatives (members of FASK and CARA student associations, general management, Marketing and Communications department, alumni, etc.), the project of two students won the competition with "Leon, the SKAMELEON ".
Leon the SKAMELEON is now the emblem of SKEMA Business School. The winners of the SKEMASCOT competition last November – Roxane and Arthur – conceptualised Leon and brought him to life, alongside SKEMA staff and a 3D agency. "Leon is friendly, curious, and eager to learn... He can adapt to any situation," says Roxane.
