Career

Kenneth de Roeck is an Associate Professor of Management at SKEMA Business School, Lille France, and got his tenure at the Grossman School of Business at the University of Vermont.

His research focuses on the psychological mechanisms that explain stakeholders’ (and more particularly employees) reactions to, and engagement in an organization’s corporate social responsibility and sustainable business practices.

His work in this field has notably appeared in journals such as the Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, Journal of Business Ethics, and Journal of Business Research, among others.
