Artificial Intelligence specialisation
This specialisation is based on a foundation of mathematical and computing skills to master the fundamentals of data processing while also developing students' skills in both science and management. Everything students learn about is applied to areas of tomorrow's business world, from marketing and finance to the analysis of biological or medical data. The Artificial Intelligence specialisation prepares students for the careers of the present and the future, some of which do not yet exist. The ethical aspects related to this field are taken seriously too.
Strong points
This specialisation builds on the BBA's 30 years of experience in dual skills training: in science and management. The recent development of the SKEMA Labs in Sophia, Raleigh and Montreal provide practical elements that allow students to develop and be ready for their careers in this exciting area. SKEMA's strongly international dimension allows students to develop the mindset for working in a globalised business environment.
We have now set up the first Introduction to Artificial Intelligence course in China. This course will become mandatory for all BBA students as of fall 2021.
This specialisation includes modules on: programming with Python and R, databases, machine learning, ethics in database use.
