Xavier Brusset holds a PhD in Management Science from the Louvain Catholic University and an Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches from Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense university. He has been teaching Logistics and Supply Chain Management at the Toulouse Business School, ESSCA and now SKEMA since 2009. His research focuses on the relationship between the supply chain partners and the impact of information on their behaviour. His findings have been published in academic journals such as The European Journal of Operational Research, the International Journal of Production Economics, Computers and Industrial Engineering, RAIRO Operations Research, la Revue Française de Gestion Industrielle (French Industrial Management Review). He edited and co-authored a textbook about business cases in distribution. Previously, Xavier also worked in financial markets and created in Argentina a web-based platform of information sharing and logistic services between shippers and carriers (WebLogistix). Every two years, he organizes a Colloquium on European Research in Retailing (CERR).
Stephanie CHASSERIO hold a PhD from Université du Québec at Montréal. She undertakes several research projects on women, especially women leaders and women entrepreneurs. She is also particularly interested by health at work. She explores the side effects of organization of work on individuals. She is also committed in different professional networks such as Women Business Owners (FCE).
In some cases, she undertakes some specific consultancy actions on psychosocial risks.
She is a permanent Associate Professor at SKEMA.
Dr Carole Daniel is a permanent associate professor of project management at SKEMA Business School. She has 12 years of experience in academic administration. She became associate dean for the Grande Ecole programme between March 2006 and December 2007. She was appointed quality manager in charge of the academic accreditations (EQUIS AACSB) in January 2008 and became vice dean for International Accreditations in 2012. She is currently the academic director of the Executive MBA since 2014.
Dr Carole Daniel is heavily involved in tailor-made programmes for Philips, NXP, Office Depot, SAFRAN, Solucom, Vente Privée.com, PPR, Redcats, Conforama, Printemps, Bonduelle, Groupama in the fields of Project Management, Leadership and Team Dynamics. She is also teaching in graduate programs at ITEEM (joint program with Centrale Lille) and at the Geneva University. She had been a visiting faculty with University of Technology, Sydney, for 6 years, and with IDTI (International Development Training Institute, led by former World Bank Consultants) in Washington DC for three years.
Dr Daniel is MBTI and Belbin certified.
Dr. Pierre Daniel is a permanent Associate Professor, Deputy Director of ITEEM (Engineering Master in Technology, Management and Entrepreneurship), in partnership with Ecole Centrale de Lille.
He is a trainer and consultant in the domain of Complex Program Management and Strategic Project Management for international companies. He created the DevelopmentModeling© methodology for analysing, evaluating and managing Complex Projects & Programs.
Dr. Pierre Daniel’s research is dedicated to Complex Projects & Programs as dynamic systems and the Entrepreneurial Theory of Control.
He teaches Strategic Project Management in the MSc Program, Project Management & Business Development of SKEMA Business School. He regularly lectures in the MSc in Project Management at HEC Genève in Switzerland.
Amine Ezzerouali is an assistant professor at SKEMA Business School. He joined the Management, Law & Organisation department in 2009. He was appointed head of department from 2010 to 2015. He teaches Organisational Behaviour, Crisis Management and Sociology of Organisations courses. His research is dedicated to the understanding of Corporate Governance and the role of governance mechanisms. He is currently completing his PhD at Paris Dauphine University and IAE de Lille (Title: The Governance of Private For-Profit Nursing & Care Homes in France).
Anke Middelmann is a permanent Assistant professor in multicultural management, marketing and communication skills. She is Scientific Director of the MSc International Human Resource and Performance Management in Paris, and Director of the MSc International Marketing and Business Development in Lille.
Anke Middelmann holds a Master of Arts degree with Distinction in Intercultural Communication from the University of Bedfordshire in the UK, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in European History from the University of Sussex, Brighton, UK. She also holds a coaching qualification from Coach U in the United States.
Prior to working for SKEMA Business School, Anke Middelmann has worked in diverse international and multicultural contexts and settings. She worked for the European Commission in both Brussels and Washington, DC, publishing the EU’s monthly “Europe” magazine for a US business audience. In the United Kingdom, she worked on European Union funding programmes in local, regional and European contexts. As a multicultural consultant, trainer and coach, she works with multinational companies on in-, ex-, and repatriation issues, international and virtual teamworking, cultural competence development, and designing cultural strategies for employees in merger and acquisition situations. She works with major international companies, including AXA, Air Liquide, Vallourec, ADEO Services, Airbus Group, Rockwell Collins, Areva, Eurosport, Dassault Systèmes…
Raluca Sandu is an expert in finance and accounting at SKEMA Business School, and Scientific Director of the MSc in Auditing, Management Accounting and Information Systems. She is also in charge with the partnership between SKEMA and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). Her doctoral dissertation is on the emergence of investor relations in transitional economies. Her research interests are in interdisciplinary studies on accounting, financial reporting, and investor relations, as well as in accounting history, and accounting education. Her teaching experience includes Investor Relations, Performance Management, Cost Accounting, Corporate Finance, Business Valuation, Financial accounting, Financial Analysis, Qualitative Research methods. She is also a graduate of the International Teachers Program at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS, 2015).
Peter Spier is a seasoned negotiator, communicator and trainer, and expert in marketing and sales at SKEMA Business School. After a career negotiating in the photographic business, he teaches negotiation, communication and persuasion skills to students and professionals from a range of backgrounds as well as marketing and brand management courses at masters-level. His international experience has also allowed him to develop a strong interest in intercultural matters. He has a doctorate from the University of Oxford and an MBA from ESCP-EAP in Paris.
