Alice Guilhon, dean, on international TV talk show

June 16, the dean of SKEMA, Alice Guilhon, was featured on the CGTN international television channel in a talk show called Parlons-En (Let's Talk About It). CGTN is a French-speaking Chinese TV channel that broadcasts internationally.

​The show's theme was women in the world of work. It feautured Alice Guilhon, Annick de Kermadec-Bentzmann, honorary president of the French-Chinese Chamber of Commerce, Caroline Penard, director of the French-Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Xu Li, host of the TV show.

China Global Television Network (CGTN) is one of the international TV channels created by CCTV. It is broadcast in more than 170 countries and regions around the world, CGTN aims to cover news from China and around the world, with a global approach.

During the TV show, they talked about promoting women, criteria for measuring success, interpersonal relationships and methods to beat stress.

Alice Guilhon mentioned the arrival of female millenials on the job market opening up new opportunities. She also pointed to the effects of further digitisation and how AI will drive significant changes in our relationship with the world of work, offering more opportunities for women to develop their careers in high value-added positions.
