Alice Guilhon sponsors Change4Good course

Published on 30 September 2020

For the first time, four players are joining forces to offer a unique course to assist entrepreneurs in the Hauts-de-France region transition to green, sustainable practices. Alice Guilhon, SKEMA’s dean, and Laetitia Vitaud, editor of Welcome to the Jungle – France, are its two sponsors.

"The urgency of the health crisis is rapidly pushing us towards the ‘afterworld’ – one of sense, coherence, collective action and cooperation," said Jean-Pierre Letartre, president of Entreprises & Cités and Réseau Alliances, at the official launch of the course on 22 September. The creation of the Change4Good course is the first strong signal of this new collective dynamic in the Hauts-de-France region, supported by the IRD Group (Entreprises & Cités), Medef Grand Lille, Réseau Alliances, Voix du Nord and Métropole Européenne de Lille (MEL).

During the online press briefing for the new Change4Good course, its two sponsors shed light on the present, looking to the future. Alice Guilhon described changes in the higher education sector and today's "learning revolution" based on the hybridisation of knowledge and interdisciplinarity. She also touched on major trends with Generation Z, in search of meaning and values, and the future impact on businesses.

"I am very honoured to be part of this epic Change4Good venture. The crisis we are going through has accelerated the movement: young talents are no longer prepared to compromise their skills or commitments, or a consistent career path. Companies will need to adapt quickly and achieve a digital, environmental and social transformation if they want to appeal to and attract future talents. Tomorrow's priority issues are the hybridisation of knowledge, the phygital aspect, collaboration and a lifelong learning system. The Change4Good course, with its learning and phygital dimension, is already part of this (r)evolution,” she explained.

The Change4Good course, with its fifty digital conferences and hundred-odd speakers, offers a single window for all entrepreneurs who want to take action and integrate CSR into the overall dynamics of their company. It is also a resource platform for consolidating knowledge about all areas of CSR.
