BBA Brazil student presents work at international congress

Published on 29 November 2021

The work, done by two Global BBA students at SKEMA Brazil, was presented at EnaJUS, in Portugal. At the end of October, the third-year student of the Brazilian BBA, Luísa Naves, presented an academic article at the Meeting on Administration of Justice (EnAJUS), in Portugal.

The work, entitled Public Management Compliance: Access to Information Versus Data Protection, was carried out in partnership with Sabrina Rigamonte, also a third-year student, under the academic guidance of professors Max Cirino de Mattos and Paulo Barbosa de Castro.:

The students' research seeks to discuss the conflict between the right to privacy and the right to access public information, two fundamental rights. Using scientific methodology, they developed a management tool that analyses the performance data from reports on the Judiciary Strategic Information System portal related to productivity.

Interest in the subject emerged from a survey of public servants who work with digital procedures at the Court of Justice of Minas Gerais on productivity and management.
