Aurélien is a former student at SKEMA and he is the company founder, the company is called Kanopé.
He discovered kombucha, a fermented tea drink, while he was visiting Cape Town in South Africa, and was very impressed. As he explains: "To make it simple, it tastes good, it's good for you and it's organic."
Their brewery is located in the Chevreuse Valley, not far from Paris.
