Shanghai: AHRMP graduation ceremony

Published on 15 September 2020

After one year's studies, participants of the Advanced Human Resource Management programme, co-launched by SKEMA Business School and GHRlib, the leading HR platform in China, passed the viva and graduated successfully at CCIFC Shanghai, August 23.

Another group of outstanding HR managers have become SKEMA global alumni.

Witnessed by Mr Bian, former HR director of Philips Healthcare China, Doctor Liang, former consulting director of PDI Consulting, and Jason Zhu, head of EMBA & ExEd, SKEMA China, Matthieu Dumont, SKEMA China campus director, awarded the students double certificates which are recognised internationally: certificates of the AHRMP Management Programme awarded by SKEMA, the top European business school and the leadership course authentication certificates which are recognised by The Human Element organisation of the United States.

From HR to CHO, the AHRMP programme provides a boost for the development and transformation of the HR domain in China. We aim to “develop more CHOs in the future” and put forward “practice coaching practice” as the strategic guiding ideology. We primarily focus on training five core competencies of CHO, including recognising macro trends, understanding and supporting the CEO’s work, building a comprehensive HR system, leadership, and leading the organisational and systems revolution in companies.
