Published on 25 April 2021

Aimed at cultivating high-level innovative executive management talents with the dual profile of entrepreneur and practitioner, SKEMA Business School and Korn Ferry, the world’s leading consulting firm, have joined forces to offer the Innovation Leadership Accelerator Programme to executives in China.

A team of experts and professors from Korn Ferry and SKEMA crafted the five-day off-site courses, including leadership improvement, innovation strategies, team creativity initiation and so on.

Participants will experience the essence of the leadership development methodology that Korn Ferry have accumulated over the years and put what they learn from SKEMA's professors into practice.

The core team consists of Siu Fung Chen, country managing director of Korn Ferry China, Wang Xun, global partner of Korn Ferry, Philippe Chereau, professor of strategy and entrepreneurship at SKEMA and more instructors will be invited in the future.

Initiated by Jason Zhu, head of the EMBA and executive education in Asia and Hu Xiaoyu, head of the marketing and training department of Korn Ferry China, the unique Dual Classroom Teacher System will back up and complement the programme.

The innovation and leadership programme targets mainly chairpersons, presidents, general managers, deputy general managers, HR directors, middle and senior level managers, government and institution managers in a period of change and transformation.

All participants will not only be able to take Korn Ferry's prestigious KF4D Leadership Assessment, but will also join the SKEMA Business School alumni association and the Korn Ferry International Executive Club to expand their business network.
