Published on 27 November 2020

SKEMA Business School and CoP-1 held the sixth edition of the Cercle Knowledge and Collaborative Intelligence conference series, “Catch the Second Wave of Knowledge Management”, on Thursday, 26 November 2020. This was a free videoconference, open to all.

After the welcome address by Laurence Descos (director of knowledge management & transversal projects, SKEMA), Alice Guilhon, dean of SKEMA, gave the introduction and opened discussions.
The distinguished professionals and speakers explored "What does knowledge management contribute in times of crisis?" and "How can an organisation be made more learning-focused?"
Martin Rouleaux Dugage, a senior expert KM officer at Framatome, presented the concluding remarks.

The CoP-1 Knowledge Management and Collaboration association is a community of practice gathering French-speaking practitioners and influencers working within the areas of knowledge management, collaboration, change management and digital transformation in organisations. The community aims to influence and fuel debate, research and experimentation in the different domains associated with knowledge management, in order to promote the deployment of an ever-increasing number of programmes within companies.
