Based on a long-standing relationship of trust, this partnership of several years led to SKEMA assisting Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie with their wealth management expertise by building up the knowledge and skills of the bank’s managers. SKEMA has been furthering the education of several of these new graduates since early 2017, first through an accreditation for prior experiential learning (APEL) in business strategy and management and next via an aptitude certificate in wealth management.
Pascale Viala, Corporate Office dIrector, and Sophie Botte, director of Executive Specialised Masters at SKEMA, presented the diplomas.
During the ceremony in Lille, SKEMA also awarded 11 Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie employees their Certificate in Wealth Management in the presence of Sebastien Dereeper, the course leader. This 13-day programme is aimed at wealth managers looking to refresh their knowledge of the essentials and take their skills to the next level.
Most of the participants may then complete their SKEMA training with an aptitude certificate in wealth management, followed by an Executive Specialised Master in Wealth Management degree, a programme currently running for the second time.
The SKEMA Executive programmes are supporting Crédit Agricole in both the north and south of France. At Sophia Antipolis, on 11 October, Pascale Viala (director of the corporate office at SKEMA) and Olivier Bruno (course leader) presented a “Sales Manager in Banking and Insurance” aptitude certificate to 16 Crédit Agricole PACA employees, the seventh group to have completed this training.
