How can you get the company's corporate bodies to act as one and guarantee transparency throughout the change process? Is it possible to change a company without aiming for a quantified objective to reduce headcount?
Second dimension: The place and the roles of the headquarters of a large global group as the company becomes more international, diversifies and increases its agility by decentralising decision-making. What are they key responsibilities of a headquarters in this context? How do you go from a ‘command and control’ attitude to an attitude of collaboration with the business units, and from an attitude of efficiency to an attitude of meeting the requirements of internal clients?
