Mindfulness and Generation Y
Prof. Carole Daniel will talk about mindfulness – the psychological process of bringing one’s attention to experiences occurring in the present moment, which is particularly beneficial for young workers from Generation Y. Her research has highlighted the positive impact of mindfulness on millennials and their behaviour at the workplace (based on performance, commitment to the job, or even loyalty to the company, among other aspects).
