Student wins Slush, PwC artificial intelligence competition

Mars Monnier, first year Master in Management student, won first place in the Slush - PwC artificial intelligence competition.

His Waster project, developed with Soleïca Monnier, is a system capable of recognising waste and determining how it should be sorted for recycling.

Chosen by public vote and confirmed by the jury of the competition, Mars Monnier was invited to the Small Talk Paris conference in the presence of Cédric Villani, 28 November, and to one of the key events on artificial intelligence: the Slush 2018 innovation fair in Helsinki in December.
