11 October, the second edition of shared courses co-organised by SKEMA Business School on the Suzhou campus and Xi'an Jiaotong University (XJTU) Suzhou Academy were officially launched with 50 students present from both SKEMA Business School Suzhou campus (21 students) and XJTU (29 students). Professor Hua Lin, academic director of SKEMA's Suzhou campus, Mr Junhua Wu, director of XJTU Academy, and also representatives from Suzhou Dushu Lake Entrepreneurial University gave speeches during the opening ceremony and wished the course a huge success. The course has support from Suzhou Dushu Lake Science and Education Innovation District Administration Committee as well.
Combining nine theoretical classes, two company visits and practical team work, the shared courses will last for several months and facilitate exchanges between international and Chinese students and faculties. The course contains two topics, Entrepreneurship & Innovation in China, which will be provided by XJTU and Introduction to International Business Management, which will be provided by SKEMA Business School.
