Hundreds of heads of shared service centres from key industries such as manufacturing, internet, oil and gas, banking and financial institutions, healthcare, retail, etc. gathered in Beijing together with key opinion leaders, users and media representatives, to discuss how digital transformation and next-generation talent development would drive the value creation and growth of shared service centres (SSC).
Dr Lin Hua, academic director of SKEMA Business School China, hosted the round table forum of the opening morning. He was with Ms Amanda Zhang, senior director, head of Global Shared Services Centre DiDi Chuxing, Ms Onelly Wang, finance director of Alibaba Group, Ms Han Lei, vice president, head of SSC of ABB China. The group had lively and engaging discussions regarding scenario-based applications of the digital revolution.
