The virtual: a new way to recruit

From 3 to 9 June, Talent & Careers organised the sixth edition of its virtual "job dating" special "Professionalisation Contract" to help companies find their future talent.

This was a careers fair organised 100% remotely via the Seekube solution. The concept is simple, the company registers, submits its offers and availability slots. The candidate updates their profile and books an appointment with the company of their choice. At the end of the event, the company still has seven days to consult the students' profiles and decide whether or not to pursue the recruitment process.

This week's results: more than 40 companies including Chanel, Euronext, Sephora, Henkel, Valeo, Bouygues Telecom, SAP, Groupe SEB, Roquette, Omnicom Media Group, Petit Bateau, Okaidi/ Idkids, Crédit Mutuel Nord Europe, Biomerieux, Aviva France... have registered to recruit our candidates for the specialised master programmes. SKEMA offers six executive and specialised master programmes in the fields of finance, management, marketing and law. More than 230 candidates have registered to meet with recruiters. 

The companies made an average of more than six appointments and took advantage of our CV database to pursue their sourcing.

The format, the concept, quick and simple, were highly appreciated and highlighted.

This event is open to companies looking for Master 1 or Master 2 students wishing to start their professional mission in early 2021, it's also open to recent graduates.
