What have you gained from your experience as programme director at the SKEMA Raleigh campus?"
My experience as academic dean of the Raleigh campus has been exciting and challenging.
I was responsible for operational management of academic programmes on the US campus and I oversaw an extensive range of functions: faculty recruitment, development and evaluation; academic budget management and resource allocation; programme and curriculum development and assessment; strategic academic planning; and maintaining compliance with accreditation standards."
As the new director of undergraduate programmes (ESDHEM/BBA), what strategy do you plan to implement?
Our undergraduate programmes have great potential for growth. Therefore it’s important to:
- Develop and promote initiatives aimed at improving the quality of undergraduate education.
- Work in collaboration with faculty, staff and administrators to plan, develop, implement and assess programmes that meet student needs and that fulfil SKEMA Business School’s mission of being a vibrant learning organisation that creates impactful knowledge and develops new competences.
- Grow our undergraduate programmes internationally and have a local recognition in each international campus.
