Published on 25 November 2020

The finalists in “Les Tremplins de l’Innovation” entrepreneurship competition, organised by the Skema Conseil group, pitched their start-up proposals on 19 November to a jury of professionals: SKEMA Ventures, BNP Paribas, INEAT Group, Paris Business Consulting and CGI. Organised for the third consecutive year, the 2020 competition revealed four winners.

Here’s the list:

The “Tremplin de l’Environnement” environmental award, financed by BNP Paribas, went to Mobius Réemploi
Mobius encourages reusing building materials to reduce waste and optimising the use of natural raw materials in the construction sector .

The “Tremplin du Digital” digital award, financed by Ineat, went to UcanGo,
a safety and mutual aid application for travellers. It puts travellers in the same country in touch with each other to create a community and respond to emergency warnings, if needed. It ensures users’ safety via a geolocated warning signal.

The “Tremplin Coup de Cœur du jury” special jury prize, financed by SKEMA Business School in partnership with SKEMA Ventures, went to Pile ou Face.
Pile ou Face is a start-up that manufactures and sells mismatched socks. It relies on French production with a low environmental impact, thus enabling local and responsible consumption.

The “Tremplin Solidaire” solidarity award, financed by crowdfunding, went to Swapbook.
Swapbook is an application based on social connections and the collaborative economy that enables the sharing of skills, advice and knowledge. This application has real educational reach and reduces each user’s book budget.

Each winner will receive a consulting service worth between €2,000 and €5,000, undertaken by Skema Conseil.

Congratulations to the winners and thanks to our funding partners! This third edition of the Tremplins de l’Innovation competition has brought innovative entrepreneurial projects to the centre stage, by offering market research undertaken by Skema Conseil as its prizes (financed by our partners). There were some very fine projects in competition; don’t hesitate to discover them!” said Brahim Belasri-Nogueira, president of Skema Conseil.

“In these difficult times, we hope to do our best with this professional student initiative to accompany entrepreneurs and stimulate our economy, at our level. This event completes several months of work by Manon Vernerey, head of the competition, and Jean-Paul de Rocca Serra, co-host of the final, who I would like to thank for their commitment to our junior enterprise,” he concluded.
