Through its Mission Handicap group, headed by Valerie Crand (SKEMA 1989), Hermès International is pledging to fund five study grants worth 1,000 euros each, to improve the conditions in which our students with disabilities study.
The grants will be allocated from the start of the new academic year, in September 2021. The aim is to help ensure the students in question can afford the equipment they need (special computer screen, translation software for the visually impaired, etc.) and thus continue their higher studies with greater peace of mind.
“I warmly thank Hermès International for helping us to improve the experience of our students with disabilities.” Madeleine Martins, director of Alumni & Fundraising – SKEMA Business School.
“As an equal opportunity employer, Hermès is committed to inclusiveness. This ambition, which is the daily focus of the Mission Handicap group, must contribute to equal opportunity for students with disabilities. It is therefore with pleasure that we offered SKEMA these grants.” Valerie Crand, director of Prevention and Social Responsibility – Hermès International
