The concept of job dating is well known: it gets together partner companies that want to recruit students corresponding to the profiles they are looking for. It enables recruiters to meet a maximum number of candidates in a minimum amount of time and enables students to attend several interviews.
“These events are another service for our students and for our partner companies that appreciate the high quality of SKEMA candidates as well as the organisation and hosting of the job dating itself,” explains Abdellatif El Mamouni, head of the of the undergraduate apprenticeship programme.
Two job dating sessions devoted to work contracts were specially aimed at candidates in six specialised masters (MS & Executive MS) and in SKEMA’s STEM programme. The fourth edition (organised by the Careers Centre in Lille and Paris) was highly successful with about twenty companies attending for around one hundred student candidates in Paris and about ten companies for 70 students in Lille.
Over one hundred candidates in Paris and Lille also took part in the pitching and CV workshops in the morning.
