Association for sustainable entrepreneurship with social and environmental impact.

Overview

Enactus is an international NGO with a worldwide network that brings together 70,000 students every year in 36 countries. Our branches on the Lille and Sophia campuses were created with one objective in mind: to promote social and sustainable entrepreneurship within SKEMA. To achieve this objective, we incubate and develop high-impact student projects every year, while organising inspiring events around these themes.

Impact

Enactus SKEMA Lille represents social innovation through the development and incubation of student projects that aim to promote sustainability, the circular economy, and inclusion. These initiatives reflect the association's commitment to creating a positive impact within the SKEMA community and beyond, aligning student actions with the principles of sustainable and social entrepreneurship.

Keys events

  • Start Impact: invitation of several French women designers to the SKEMA campus, this event aims to highlight women entrepreneurs who are committed to social and environmental issues.
  • Talk’n Whine: an event at which representatives of sustainable businesses take part in a round-table discussion on responsible entrepreneurship, followed by a more convivial tasting session.

Two main projects

  • Carrot & Collect: a responsible project encouraging students to eat locally and in a balanced way.
  • Cyclone thrift shop: second-hand shop of SKEMA for school students and staff.
