All the students had individual interviews with the 40 companies present to recruit employees or interns.
This careers fair was organised by the Suzhou campus Careers Service.
Students had one-on-one discussions with company directors. This helped students to better understand what these companies were looking for and to find one to match their chosen area of interest.
Among the companies present were Amaris, Auchan, CCI France Chine, Club Med, LVMH, Pierre Fabre, Safran, Saint Gobain, Sofitel, among many others.
Almost 60 offers of employment or internships were made by these international companies covering a wide range of sectors (finance, consulting, distribution, luxury, media, manufacturing etc.).
To facilitate communication between the companies and the students, the Suzhou Career Service had previously sent a book to each company listing the CVs and objectives of the SKEMA students. And each student had received detailed descriptions of employment offers from each company. This made the whole process very efficient.
