History, mission and values

​​​​​​​​​​​​SKEMA Business School is a private higher education and research institution under the status of a non-profit association. SKEMA was born i​n 2009 from the merger between Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Lille (ESC Lille) and CERAM Business School, Sophia Antipolis. These two founding schools were created in 1892 and 1963, respectively.
