Management & OrganizationDr. Sophie Botte is currently an Associate Professor of Management. Her current research focuses on entrepreneurs’ mental health and well-being, as well as the links between organizations and occupational health.
She served as Director of SKEMA’s Mastère Spécialisé® programs from 2019 to 2025, after previously holding the position of Director of the Executive Mastère Spécialisé® programs. From 2010 to 2015, she was Director of Development for the SKEMA Faculty.
Her teaching and professional engagements focus on leadership and the transformation of work organizations, with a particular interest in Executive Education. She develops and manages programs for business leaders and senior executives.
Sophie Botte holds a PhD in Human Resource Economics from the University of Lille and is a graduate of Sciences Po Lille.
