The students had the chance to meet Betty, Rosanna and Xavier from the West End, Aston la Scala and Beau Rivage hotels in Nice. These three hotels are part of the 3A collection, a family-run collection of 4-star hotels in Nice and Versailles.

"We started the day by the presentation and visit of the West End Hotel, the first one built on the Promenade des Anglais in 1843. It’s old typical French style makes this hotel a place to stay for foreign travelers. We followed the visit with the second hotel, the Aston La Scala Hotel, located near Place Massena, knowed for its rooftop giving a breathtaking view around all the French Riviera. Its style from the 80s glass meeting rooms makes it a nice place for MICE events.
Our tour ended with the the visit of the Beau Rivage Hotel. We were lucky enough to discover their unexpected outside patio and their suite with terrace. The venue's presentation ended with the sustainable engagement of the hotel receiving for the 2nd year the green key. Indeed, they partner with entreprises and productors from Nice, they don’t use plastic and have implemented a water-saving system.
Our day ended with a presentation from Krystof regarding the current key trends in the event industry , in the conference room of the West End Hotel.
It was a great experience to learn from experts within the industry and get to know better the expectations for our early career. We thank our programme director @Antoine Deplace for organising this trip, as it was an amazing opportunity to see the dynamics and involvement of those structures and highlight some of the challenges they face in this moving industry.”
