The MSc was a great opportunity to enhance my skills in human resources. The programme has the right balance between the theoretical and the practical. This approach is reinforced by the diversity of its lecturers. We had dynamic and interactive lectures with both PhD teachers and professionally active contributors. It gave a real competitive advantage to the master: providing the basis of human resources fundamentals and preparing students for the reality of the labour market. Regarding class atmosphere, cohesion among students helped me to perform in group projects and to enjoy the year. The geographical and profile diversity within the group was a real chance for us to share experiences, cultures and ideas. At the end of my MSc, I have now had the opportunity to become consultant in an HR consulting firm. The mission is focused on middle and top management recruitment, with the commercial development of the company business.
