Human-AI Collaboration in the Wild
Lieu : Salle 3.216 - Campus Grand Paris & en ligne
Horaire : 11.30-13.30 PM
Intervenants : Amami Elbanna Sussex Business School (UK)
Abstract:
Human-AI collaboration is rapidly reshaping how organizations work, make decisions, and innovate. It brings together human judgment and machine capabilities in ways that can enhance efficiency, creativity, and responsiveness. At the same time, it raises important questions about trust, control, accountability, and the preservation of human values. In this talk, Amany explores how human-AI collaboration materialises across three case studies in different organizational contexts. The talk examines the conditions under which such collaboration succeeds or fails, and what this reveals about the sustainability of AI use and the balance between business goals and human values.
