Berill Blair is Associate Professor of Management and Sustainability at SKEMA Business School. Her research focuses on natural resource management and the climate resilience and adaptation of organizations, sectors, and regions. She frequently collaborates with partners across academia, institutions, business, and communities in climate-impacted locales. Berill's projects span a wide mix of climate-related challenges, including climate services and forecasting to support sectoral and firm-level decision-making and scenario-based strategic adaptation. Her work often engages Arctic and maritime contexts.
