Entrepreneur in e-commerce since 2009 (3 online sites including 2 resales, shareholder in other sectors), Jean-François Detout is an e-commerce specialist, acting as a speaker, consultant, trainer, coach or mediator on specific topics like the redesign, dashboards & KPI, steering communications plans in a user-centric and transversal logic. He co-wrote the book "E-commerce – Créez et animez votre boutique en ligne", published in October 2017 by Vuibert. He has been involved in SKEMA since 2011 (Project, strategy, e-commerce account), he takes over the MS MDCE at SKEMA Paris in August 2017 (until 2022) and Lille in fevruart, 2018. Involved in innovatice projects since 2017. He launched the Online MS MDCE in september 2022.
