Belo Horizonte campus
On SKEMA Business School's Belo Horizonte campus, students have access to different accommodation options. Some hotels offer our students special rates and are close to bus stops and the campus, such as Mercure Lourdes, Ramada Lourdes, Mercure Savassi, Novotel Savassi, Ibis Budget Savassi and Royal Golden Savassi.
For students who don't want to stay in a hotel, the Student Office provides an accommodation guide and essential information on finding the best location.

SKEMA has pre-reserved apartments for students as well as a limited number of studio apartments in the school’s residences near the Suzhou campus (within 1.5 km). The closest bus stop and bicycle station are a five-minute walk from the residences.

Please note that students may need a guarantor – a person or organisation who will guarantee payment of rent and bills in the event of default on your part. Their financial resources must be at least three times the rent.
The mission of CROUS (Regional Centres of University and Academic Services) is to improve students' lives and working conditions. Apartments in university residences are usually managed by CROUS, and are the cheapest lodging option.
The CROUS of Lille Nord-Pas-de-Calais manages close to 10,000 accommodation places, ranging from furnished rooms to three-room flats, across 43 student residences. They are allocated according to an applicant's social criteria (parents' income, distance, and so on). Stellenbosch campus
The residence complex in Stellenbosch comprises 26 blocks and offers a mix of accommodation types. Some of the ground-floor units can be adapted for use by individuals with physical disabilities.
The security and well-being of each resident are given high priority:
- The perimeter is secured, offers 24-hour controlled access, and is monitored by CCTV cameras.
- Residents use a biometric system to gain access.
- The house allocated to SKEMA students is SAXENHOF, blocks 3, 4, 5, and 6. Each home has an assistant resident head, head of house, and vice-head mentor.
- In case of an emergency, you can contact security at the specific number provided to you.
- All facilities and departments are within walking distance of the residences. If you need to go to the R.W. Wilcocks building (where you will find the administrative team), it takes 15 minutes to walk there.
Dubai campus
SKEMA has developed the Dubai Housing Guide to help students find accommodation in the heart of the city.
Thanks to a network of solid partnerships and various online resources, students have access to a wide choice of accommodation, from studios to shared flats, ideally located close to the campus and easily accessible by car or public transport.
Raleigh campus
Each semester, SKEMA Business School sends a housing guide to students joining the Raleigh campus. This guide includes a list of student residences in or near NCSU Centennial Campus (where SKEMA is located), the registration process and key contacts.
Institutions offer leases of 4-12 months. Student residences often accommodate both SKEMA and NCSU students in apartments.
