Academic requirements

Applicants are expected to hold:

• A Master's degree or equivalent qualification (five years of higher education), or
• A Bachelor's degree combined with substantial professional experience.

Applications are reviewed holistically, taking into account academic background, professional achievements, leadership potential and career objectives.

English proficiency

As the programme is delivered entirely in English, candidates must demonstrate a strong command of written and spoken English.

While no formal language test is required, participants should be comfortable engaging in discussions, collaborating with an international cohort and completing academic work in English. As a guideline, this corresponds approximately to:

• IELTS: 7.0
• TOEIC: 870
• TOEFL: 580

CPF (French training fund)

The EMBA programme is eligible for state funding through the CPF (CPF code: 330007) and ATpro. The CPF is a French training fund available to 25 million eligible individuals, both employed and unemployed, to help finance continuing professional development over the course of their working life.

It offers flexible education loans designed specifically for postgraduate and executive education programmes, including the SKEMA Global Executive MBA (GEMBA).

Eligibility

Lendwise loans are available to international candidates who have received an offer of admission to the SKEMA GEMBA.

The Executive MBA programme leads to the RNCP certification no. 41055, “Manager of International Business and Innovative Projects”, registered with France Compétences. This registration confirms state recognition of the degree and validates the EMBA as aligned with labour market needs.

The Executive MBA is recognised by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research as a master's degree (Bac +5, i.e. 5 years of higher education).

A course leader is designated for all diploma and certificate courses. They oversee the programme, with feedback from the client, the learners and the faculty members. They guarantee the quality of the course delivery.
