SKEMA pursues its development strategy in the service of companies.
At the forefront of national and international rankings, SKEMA Business School capitalises on its unique DNA that is based on three pillars – innovation, globalisation and digitalisation – to support companies in France and abroad with high value-added service offers.
Facilitating the recruitment of talent
In a disruptive, complex and globalised environment, identifying and recruiting talent to support business change is a real strategic challenge.
At SKEMA, the three pillars of our DNA - globalisation, innovation and digitalisation - enhance students' experience beyond our training courses.
Today, our commitment is two-fold: to develop our talents to offer companies the profiles that best match their expectations, and to help companies in the visibility of their employer brand and the implementation of their recruitment strategy through dedicated services according to the profiles they are looking for.
Making companies that trust us employers of choice is a priority for SKEMA.
Training in a globalised context
SKEMA is distinguished by its locations in technology centres on five continents. Our desire is to develop talent by offering a transforming experience in France and abroad. It underlines our ability to support companies on all their playing fields.
Through the internationalisation of courses and teaching, our students can acquire the agility that is typical to innovative and multicultural environments.
Finally, our fields of intervention with companies are related to management, leadership, change management, and the appropriation and development of employees' expertise in five major areas: entrepreneurship and innovation, finance, CSR and governance, strategy and augmented intelligence.
New year, new goals
This year, we are pursuing our 360° strategy to support our students, companies that trust us, and research. Thus, we would like to present three of our new projects.
For the cultural mix of our talents, we have created SKEMA United
. This is a sports and cultural challenge. The profits finance social grants for students.
Because we wanted to meet the flexibility needs of companies and employees in terms of training, we have launched a new 100% online training catalogue - SKEMA Exed Online
. Our objective is to enable companies to support the skills development of their employees and managers across the world through distance learning courses on three key themes: SKEMA Management, SKEMA Leadership & Mindfulness and SKEMA Culture.
Finally, artificial intelligence is at the origin of major changes within companies. Our new SKEMA Global Lab in AI
is a laboratory in augmented intelligence providing a toolbox of new knowledge and skills for the benefit of students and companies.
