Programme Structure
The Women Leadership Certificate is an interactive and engaging three-day learning journey, combining digital learning, in-person sessions, and personalised coaching:
- Onboarding: 1-hour virtual session (via Teams)
- Gender biases & stereotypes (E-learning Module) & DISC Personality Assessment: Individual debrief (1 hour via Teams)
- Gender diversity & performance (European perspective): Masterclass by Michel Ferrary (1.5 hour via Teams)
- 2-Day In-Person Session in Dubai: 10th and 11th June, 2025
- Personalised Coaching: Virtual one-to-one coaching (1 hour via Teams)
- Final Reflection & Experience Sharing: Virtual session (1 hour via Teams)
The DISC Method
As a key tool within the Women Leadership Certificate, the Arc En Ciel DISC©® Method provides professionals with a structured, four-step approach to enhance self-awareness, adaptability, and leadership effectiveness.
It is the only model that synthesises Carl Jung’s Psychological Types and William Marston’s DISC theory, integrating Eduard Spranger’s research on motivations.

Michel Ferrary is Affiliate Professor and the Director of the Observatory on Gender Balance in Companies at SKEMA. His research contributed to the Copé-Zimmermann Law, and he was a member of the High Council for Gender Equality, where he played a role in shaping the Rixain Law.
With nearly 30 years of experience in strategy, leadership, and transformation coaching, Emma Azoulay is a key expert at SKEMA Executive Education. She specialises in empowering professionals to strengthen their presence, influence, and impact in complex business environments. Emma plays a central role in SKEMA’s Women Leadership programmes designed for corporations or individuals.
