David Angenendt is an Assistant Professor at SKEMA Business School (Sophia Antipolis), a member of the Transformation Academy and of the KTO research centre. An applied economist, he specialises in innovation, intellectual property and industrial organisation, studying how legal institutions and firm strategy shape the creation and diffusion of knowledge. He earned his PhD in Economics at the University of Bologna in 2019 and previously held positions at the University of Cambridge and the Technical University of Munich. His research has appeared in the Journal of the European Economic Association, Research Policy, and Economic Inquiry.
