Dr Kirsty Paoli is a British Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA/AICPA – ACMA, CGMA) and Director of the MSc AMAIS (Auditing, Management Accounting, and Information Systems) at SKEMA Business School.

She holds a PhD from Université Paris-Dauphine (France), where her research focused on accounting, management accounting, and finance. 

Dr Paoli teaches a range of modules including accounting, management accounting, audit, finance, and Power BI, delivered across on-campus, fully online, and hybrid formats. With 12 years of industry experience in management accounting and audit roles, she anchors her teaching in real-world practice. Her close engagement with current business developments enables her to bring innovation and strong student engagement into the classroom.
