Management & OrganizationDr. Yujie Cai is a Full Professor in Management at SKEMA Business School. He obtained his PhD degree in Management from Peking University (International PhD), jointly developed at Cornell University ILR School sponsored by the Fulbright Scholarship. Before joining SKEMA, Prof. Cai worked in British universities such as Swansea University and University of Liverpool. He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy in the UK, a regional editor of Asia Pacific Business Review, a founding member of the Association of British Chinese Professors, and a research fellow at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. In addition, Prof. Cai used to work as a Media Manager in the Beijing Organizing Committee for the Games of the XXIX Olympiad.
Prof. Cai's current research projects include ethics in management, digital technology and artificial intellengence's application in business, knowledge management, leadership and career management, and multidisciplinary research. His teaching interests include business innovation and entrepreneurship, organisational behaviour, international management, doing business in China, and so on. Prof. Cai welcomes potential collaboration with colleagues in these fields, and also welcomes potential research students to make inquiries of study at SKEMA.
