SKEMA’s Inclusion & Diversity Chair promotes equal opportunities and social diversity by supporting talented individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds. In partnership with the Premium Group, it funds scholarships and develops initiatives to make higher education more accessible and inclusive.

Mission & objectives of the Chair

SKEMA welcomes thousands of French and international students based on a single principle: every young person should have the opportunity to study here, regardless of background, country, or culture. Only hard work matters.

The Chair funds the full cost of studies for A-level graduates from diverse and disadvantaged backgrounds. Recipients join SKEMA’s Bachelor’s programme (BBA) with full scholarships provided by the Premium Group. The Chair also offers annual courses and conferences on inclusion and diversity.

SKEMA and the Premium Group share a commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion within organisations. Olivier Farouz, Chairman of the Premium Group, has shown how to build a successful business while sharing value with employees. In this spirit, the Premium Group funds a scholarship programme that enables high-potential students to join SKEMA’s BBA programme.
