Professor at SKEMA Business School and Director of the Globalisation Academy, Stéphanie Chasserio will take part in a masterclass at Bpifrance’s BIG event on 23 September. The session will explore how diversity impacts organisational performance.

Diversity in business does not come naturally. It requires moving beyond our instinctive tendency to seek out those who resemble us. Yet diversity has become essential for societal, legal, economic and ethical reasons. It calls for balancing equality, fairness and inclusion, while building high-performing teams.

As part of this event, Stéphanie Chasserio, member of the SKEMA Centre for Sustainability Studies, will deliver a masterclass entitled Harnessing the power of diversity to boost business performance. A specialist in management and organisation, she focuses on women’s leadership, quality of working life and psychosocial risks. She will present the current state of research on these issues.

Alongside her, Sandra Rouge, Head of CSR and Communications at SNRB, will provide the perspective of an SME in the construction sector and share concrete initiatives introduced in her company.
